Christmas is approaching, and I was wondering what I can make with sourdough for Christmas – why not mince pies? Here they are – sourdough discard mince pies! And delicious they are! Join me and we will learn how to make many tasty recipes using the discard of the sourdough starter: Pasta, Naan bread, oat cookies, onion scones, chocolate brownies and mince pies.
Booking essential, the workshop will take place in my kitchen, BN27 and the workshop will take 3 hours. Cost £35 per person
