Free one hour group walk every Thursday morning. Such a great way to build a bit of regular exercise into your week – it’s only about an hour at a nice steady pace with a friendly bunch and supportive leaders.
Plus we usually go for a cuppa together afterwards because the company and chat is every bit as important as the exercise.
