Shall we heat or shall we eat, tonight? This is the quandary more and more families face when deciding on what to spend the little resources they have. Many will turn off the heating to save enough money to eat. More and more are turning to Food Banks to be able to feed their families. Why are we becoming less self-sufficient?. No gardens to grow stuff in, or are we just not taught how to produce our own.? Are we in a generation that has come to EXPECT help from Council? Government? or whoever is handing out today?. Obviously the rapid rise in the cost of living is the reason, but should we be seeking an alternative solution?
