Hellingly Bowls Club (hellinglybowlsclub.co.uk) will be part of a national initiative by Bowls England to attract new players to the fascinating game of lawn bowls. A sport that can be played by anyone, of any age, which can be pursued to the highest level or enthusiastic club level or simply enjoyed as a casual pastime. It is a very sociable sport & Hellingly Bowls Club give a warm & friendly welcome to anyone wishing to have a go.
Our green (at Lower Horsebridge recreation ground, near Hailsham – BN27 4DL) will be open from midday to 4pm on that day, offering free tuition, refreshments, games, prizes & a raffle. Everything will be provided but please wear flat soled shoes. All the family are welcome.
