The What can I Join in Hailsham? Community Groups Forum on behalf of Hailsham Forward, event is back after three years cancellations due to Covid. This increasingly popular event has enjoyed over 300 visitors through the door of Hailsham Parish Church and its lounge traditionally on the last Saturday of January every year from 10am to 2pm for people to come and see what clubs, groups, societies, volunteering opportunities and many more are happening in and around Hailsham. The event, which this year falls on Saturday 28 January, is free and there is no fundraising taking place. Just awareness raising. It is also an opportunity for these organisations to increase their memberships and for you to talk to many of them and see if you would like to join or try out something new. The event aims to put an end to isolation and loneliness through showing people where they can pursue their hobbies and make new friends. Refreshments available.
